Specific Phobia of Vomiting (Emetophobia)

There are two validated measures for a Specific Phobia of Vomiting

The first is the Specific Phobia of Vomiting Inventory which is more of a process measures  (Veale, D, Ellison, N, Boschen, M, Costa, A, Whelan, C, Muccio, F, Henry, K (2013). This is a self-report questionnaire used for rating severity of a fear of vomiting. It is currently being validated. (Boschen et al, unpublished)

Specific Phobia of Vomiting Inventory

This is a measure of cognitive processes and behaviours that are relevant in maintaining symptoms of a specific phobia of vomiting. It is currently being evaluated and will be submitted shortly as Veale et al.
